Srinagar, Oct 30 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Police on Friday said it had busted an intra-Union Territory terror financing module linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and The Resistance Front (TRF) in south Kashmir’s Shopian district, arresting ten terrorist associates.
Police said the breakthrough followed a focused investigation into suspected financial networks associated with terrorist activities, during which investigators examined suspicious online transactions conducted through various digital payment platforms.
The scrutiny enabled investigators to trace money trails across multiple layers, uncovering what police described as a wider network of individuals allegedly involved in financing terrorist activities.
According to police, the investigation also revealed suspected links between members of the network and terrorists and their associates lodged in different jails.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
