Srinagar, October 18 (KNS): President Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian, Hujjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimeen Aga Syed Hassan Mosavi Al-Safavi, has condemned the reported attack on a Jammu and Kashmir-registered passenger bus near Kurukshetra in Haryana, in which an elderly passenger was reportedly injured and several others left traumatised.

Expressing concern over reports of threats and harassment targeting Kashmiri travellers, Aga Hassan urged the Haryana government and concerned authorities to ensure the safety and security of passengers and take swift legal action against those responsible.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

He said no individual should face intimidation or violence on the basis of regional identity, stressing that the safety, dignity and constitutional rights of Kashmiri travellers must be protected.

He also called for a thorough investigation into the incident and adequate security measures to prevent the recurrence of such incidents. (KNS)
