Gunbattle starts in Kulgam village Srinagar, April 26 (KNS): An encounter started between militants and security forces in Guffar area of Kulgam. Police sources said two to three militants are believed to be trapped. IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar confirmed to KNS that encounter started in Kulgam. Encounter was on when last reports came in.(KNS)
