Traffic Police lifts Minster's car for wrong parking |
Srinagar, May 19 (KNS): In first of its kind of action, Traffic Police on Saturday lifted the' flagged' car of a Minster for 'wrong parking' at Nehru Park at the busy Boulevard road here. Srinagar, May 19 (KNS): While responding to question from media persons, Congress General Secretary and Union health minister Gulam Nabi Azad has said that both National Conference and the State congress were responsible for non-empowerment of Panchayats in the state. Tral, May 19 (KNS): Police has apprehended a Hizbul Mujahideen militant during a routine naka checking in Pulwama district’s Tral area.According to police sources, Tasaduq Rasool Mir, a resident of Ratnipora village in Pulwama district was apprehended at Arigam crossing Tral along with arms and ammunitions Saturday during routine checking.According to sources one UBGL thrower along with a grenade, one IED, one detonator and a grenade were recovered from the militant.
