Srinagar, April 26 (KNS): Two militants have been killed in an encounter between militants and security forces in Guffar area of Kulgam.

The encounter started when forces cordoned off the area after receiving tip off about the presence of militants.

IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar told KNS that two militants were killed in initial round of firing and two more are still trapped.
Earlier he had confirmed to KNS that encounter started in Kulgam.
Encounter was on when last reports came in.(KNS)
