Srinagar, May 07 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement Chairman, Zaffer Akbar Bhat Saturday paid tributes to three slain militants who were killed in the wee hours of Saturday during an encounter that raged between militants and forces in Panzgam village of Pulwama.
In a statement issued to KNS, Bhat, whose residential house was raided and was from attending the funeral of martyrs, expressed sympathy and solidarity with the families of slain youth, Ishfaq Ahmad Dar of Dogirpura, Ishfaq Ahmad Baba of Tahab and Haseeb Ahmad Pahla (Palla) of Bandina.
Zaffer wowed to take the ongoing freedom struggle to its logical conclusion and assured Pro-freedom leadership won’t allow anyone to waste the sacrifices of the martyrs. He said that Kashmiris will not stop demanding right to self determination, and neither will accept any out of box solution.
Meanwhile on his directions a delegation comprising Molvi Rafiq Ahmad, Gowher Khalid, Javed Ahmad attended the funeral of martyr Ishfaq Ahmad Dar of Dogirpura and Haseeb Ahmad Pahla (Palla) at Bandina.
Another delegation comprising Mehraj Rather, Mohammad Saleem, Hilal Ahmad attended the funeral of Ishfaq Ahmad Baba at Tahab Pulwama.
Party’s women wing secretary Ruqiya Baji along with her activists too visited the families of martyrs and expressed solidarity with them. on the occasion she led a procession in favor of freedom and martyrs. (KNS)
