"President asked us to bring proof, we will bring a mountain of it”
New Delhi, Oct 9 (KNS): Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday said he was “shocked” that President Droupadi Murmu did not deny allegations of “vote chori” during a meeting with the INDIA bloc delegation, which submitted a memorandum seeking Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar’s resignation.
In a post on X, Gandhi said the President asked the delegation to provide proof of the alleged electoral irregularities.

Gandhi said the delegation had apprised Murmu of what he described as the alleged subversion of India’s electoral system by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
He said the opposition welcomed the President’s assurance that she would examine the matter and take action.(KNS)
