Srinagar, Oct 15 (KNS): Senior Resistance leader and Chairman, Salvation Movement Zaffar Akber alongwith delegation visited SMHS and JVC hospital here to inquire about the health Danish Javed of Khanbal,Iqra Rafiq of Letpora, Junaid and Parvez ahmed, owais yousf and shaista yousf of awantipora who were injured by Indian forces at Dogripora are currently under treatment there.
Zaffar Akber inquired about their well-being of the three injured students and expressed solidarity with their families.
On the occasion, the families of the injured youth told the JKSM delegation that police and troops were carrying raids on their houses and harassing them in the name of investigation.
Zaffar while Condemning firing by government forces on civilians at Dogripora, Awantipora, in which many people including three students were injured, said troops were using their unbridled powers in completely inhumane manner.
He said troops unleashed a reign of terror in the entire area Dogripora, Awantipora by harassing local residents and even those families whose kin had been injured in Tuesday’s firing
Zaffar said the violation of human rights at the hands of troops has become a permanent feature of their suppressive tactics and expressed grave concern over the firing at peaceful protestors including children with the intention to wipe out even the fourth generation of Kashmiris.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
He said India, with its illegal occupation of Kashmir, is trying to make its presence in Kashmir strong, and unfortunately, the international community is overlooking the resolution of Kashmir issue.
Zaffar said the blanket silence of the international community over the worsening humanitarian situation in Kashmir is helping India carry out with the genocide of Kashmiris generation after generation.Early Hindu Goons attacked truckers at Udhampor and injured Showkat Ahmed and Zahid Ahmed of Boitengo Islamabad to crush the economy of Kashmir.
He said that Indian forces and BJP,RSS are working on anti Kashmir and freedom movement agenda and using all black laws to suppress the ongoing freedom movement . Despite of all odds and restrictions from occupations forces, people of Kashmir will continue its own freedom struggle politically to its logical end.
Zaffar appealed to international community to break its silence and play the responsible role in the resolution of long pending Kashmir issue. (KNS)
