SRINAGAR, 04 Jan 23 (KNS): Valley Observer, the weekly Srinagar-based newspaper, Tuesday launched its Wall Calendar for 2023 in a function here.
The calendar was unveiled by Molvi Imran Raza Ansari in presence of Aga Syed Adil Murtaza, Abid Hussain Ansari, Saqib Ali Jan, Nasir Yousifi and others at Dar-Ul-Jawad Qamerwari.
The calendar has both Georgian and Islamic dates and showcases Kashmir’s Islamic architect present in Srinagar. For the 12 months of 2023, it has depicted 12 famous Shrines and Khanqahs, which are revered by all the people here.
Ansari addressing the calendar launch function wished Valley Observer great success. He said that the newspaper in a short time has become the voice of people and covers almost all public issues and important topics.
He said the newspaper will have to play important role in the coming times. Talking about the Valley Observer Wall Calendar, he said, it is a great gesture from the Valley Observer family.
Abid Hussain Ansari also spoke at the occasion and wished the Valley Observer success in becoming a true voice of the people of Kashmir.(KNS)
