Srinagar, Feb 02 (KNS): The resident of various villages of Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Sunday said that they have provided the land for the construction of a road and widening of road in the area but although passing of two years they have not compensated by the concerned department.
The resident of the Dadsarh Tral,and Nawadal Tral told KNS that they have provided their land to the R&B department for the construction of the road in the area but it has been more than two years the residents have not received the single penny against their land said the former MLA Tral Mushtaq Ahmad Shah.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
He said that several structures which came under the road were demolished by the department and the owners of these structures were assured that they will be compensated against the same but they are visiting the concern offices from last two years for the same .
The MLA Said that those structures who came under the road belongs to poor persons and they cant construct new structures unless the department will not compensated them.
The residents have appealed the higher authorities to compensate them at the earliest (KNS)
