Sikh delegation calls on DC Srinagar, discusses several issues

Srinagar, June 29 (KNS): A Sikh delegation headed by president DSGPC (Delhi), Manjinder Singh Sirsa and S Baldev Singh Raina chairman all District Gurduwara Parbandak Committee Kashmir, along with President of all District committees called on deputy commissioner Srinagar regarding the recent issues of Sikh girls. 

 

In statement, issued to Kashmir News Service, a spokesperson said that the delegation also raised the issue of Barthana land.

 

"After giving patient hearing DC Srinagar assured the delegation that administration will also handover remaining two girls to their respective families. "

 

The statement reads that DC Srinagar also passed directions to ADC to make the spot visit to Barathana Sikh land and submit a detailed report on it. (KNS)
