Bandipora 15 June (KNS): Security forces on Tuesday claimed to have recovered a cache of ammunition in Konan Village Of North kashmir's Bandipora District.

An official told Kashmir News Service that a joint search operation was launched on Tuesday by 14 RR of Army along with Jammu and Kashmir police.

During the operation, the joint party uncovered a pit in Konan Village Of Bandipora and found 100 rounds of AK-47, 07 rounds of PIKA gun, 01 round of GPMG, 13 rounds of 9mm pistol, 08 rounds of Unidentified pistol and 02 US Electronic detonators, the official said.(KNS)
