Srinagar, Nov 26 (KNS): The Jammu & Kashmir National Conference (NC) Provincial Vice President Kashmir and MLA Lal Chowk, Ahsan Pardesi, today met several public delegations at the party headquarters and briefed them on the ongoing developmental works across the constituency.
According to a press release issued ,He informed the delegations that ?16 lakh has been spent on installing and maintaining 1,230 street lights, while ?30 lakh has been allocated for the upgradation of sports infrastructure and local playing grounds.
He further detailed that ?Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel50 lakh has been invested in improving ration ghats, another ?50 lakh in strengthening infrastructure across schools and colleges, and ?20 lakh in the repair and upgradation of inner alleys.
Pardesi added that ?4 crore has been dedicated to the development and macadamisation of various link roads, significantly improving connectivity in the area.
He noted that rapid strides are being made in Lal Chowk under the Omar Abdullah led government, with multiple new works underway to address public needs and enhance civic services across the constituency.(KNS)
