Srinagar, Nov 05 (KNS):National Conference Youth leader and former Mayor Srinagar Municipal Corporation, Salman Ali Sagar on Saturday expressed serious concern over the killing of Qaisar Hamid Sofi a young boy of Iddgah, presently resident at Shalimar who lost his life due to torture by Forces.
