Srinagar, Apr 26 (KNS): Hurriyat conference (M) chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Thursday expressed surprise over Bar Council of India for giving clean chit to the lawyers who blocked the filing of challan Kathua rape and murder case.
