Srinagar, Dec 31 (KNS): Extending warm New Year greetings to the people of Country in General and Jammu and Kashmir State in particular, JKPCC Chief G.A. Mir prayed that the New Year 2016 will be the year of serenity, development, progress, prosperity for the Country and State.
