Srinagar, Sep 05 (KNS): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday extended heartfelt greetings to the teaching fraternity on the occasion of Teachers' Day, paying rich tributes to the visionary educationist and former President Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan on his birth anniversary.
