Govt Higher Secondary Institute Zaloora Shines in JKBOSE 10th & 12th Results

Srinagar, May 05 (KNS): The recently declared JKBOSE results brought a wave of mixed emotions at Govt Higher Secondary Institute Zaloora, with students, faculty, and parents reacting to the academic performance of Classes 10th and 12th.

In Class 10th, out of 54 students who appeared, 42 successfully cleared the examination, with an overall pass percentage of 77%. Notably, nine students secured distinctions. Dawar Ahmad Bhat emerged as the class topper with an impressive score of 471, closely followed by Fatima Akhter who scored 455 marks.

The 12th Class results reflected a more challenging year. Of the 51 students who appeared, 32 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 62%. Despite the lower overall percentage, there were commendable individual performances. Mehvish Mohideen led the Arts stream with 471 marks, followed by Tanzelah Shafi with 442.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelIn the Science stream, Iqra Jaan stood out with 458 marks. Ten students in total achieved distinctions.

Speaking to the correspondent, Principal of the institute Zahoor Ahmad Qadri said, “The results reflect both the dedication of our students and the persistent efforts of our teachers, especially in a region where access to resources is often limited.”

Parents expressed satisfaction over the outcome,said, “Given the hardships these students face, these results are no less than a victory.”
