Srinagar, Sep 28 (KNS): Former MLA Rafiabad Ghulam Mohamad Khan today called on Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Baseer Ahmad Khan at Srinagar Secretariat here and apprised him of their grievances and demands.

Khan raised various issues of public importance of their respective localities and sought the intervention of the Advisor in this regard.

He raised their matters pertaining to various departments like PDD, PHE Rural Development, Tourism and other departments.

Khan demanded upgradation of water resources,Upgradation road from main highway to Rafiabad,Play Ground in their area besides augmentation of other public care facilities.and submitted a memorandum of demands and sought their redressal.

At the end of the meet, Baseer Khan assured that all the necessary steps will be taken for the welfare of the people and a positive consideration will be accorded to the important points and suggestions made by former MLA of Rafiabad Baramulla Ghulam Mohamad Khan on a priority basis. (KNS)
