Srinagar, Dec 21 (KNS): J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir has greeted Mehroosh Manzoor Paul of Narakara in Central Kashmir’s Budgam District over winning the gold in Martial Arts “South Asian Tong II Moo -do Championship”, which was held in Bhutanese Capital Thimphu.
