An interactive session was also held during which participants raised queries about banking procedures, financial services and available welfare benefits.
The organisers said financial awareness was essential to helping persons with disabilities manage their finances independently and make informed decisions.
The initiative also sought to encourage greater participation of persons with disabilities in the formal banking system and improve their access to financial education and government benefits. (KNS)
