Srinagar, Feb 25 (KNs): Director General Women and Child Development J&K, Mir Tariq Ali today revived the functioning of ICDS in Jammu Division.
The meeting was attended by Nitu Gupta, MD ICDS J&K, D.S. Katoch, JD ICDS J&K, Atul Kumar, Deputy Director ICDS Jammu, besides, all the District Programme Officers and Child Development Project Officers of Jammu Division.
The meeting was called to ensure that the all schemes of Government of India /Union Territory of J&K are being implemented on grounds in toto and the eligible beneficiaries are benefitted as per norms of the schemes.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
He directed all the participants to work in the field with dedication, sincerity and ensure that supplementary Nutrition and other benefits are provided to the beneficiaries as per the norms of the Schemes.
Besides, some other issues related to the functioning of the Department were also discussed and it was emphasized upon the officers/officials to ensure fruitful results are obtained at ground level by giving benefits to poor and downtrodden people.(KNS).
