Srinagar March 01:(KNS) Chamber of commerce and industry on Tuesday extended greetings to people of J&K on the auspicious occasion of Miraj Aalam and Mahashivratri.
In his message, CCIK president Tariq Ghani said that Miraj Aalam is a very unique and pious occasion refreshing the memory of the Journey of heavens by Prophet Muhamad (SAW) during this night.
Ghani, said Miraj Aalam symbolizes the importance of five-time prayers and various other blessings which the Almighty Allah bestowed upon the Muslim Ummah during this night.
He also said that, Shivratri reminds us the composite culture of unity and harmony, also representing the bonds of togetherness between Pandit and Muslim brethren of Jammu and Kashmir.
CCIK president extended Miraj Aalam and Mahashivratri greetings to Muslim and Pandit brethren of J&K and prayed for their wellbeing and prosperity. (KNS)
