Oppn caught ruling PDP-BJP divided

Jammu, Feb 10 (KNS): The controversial bill on Public Damage Property Act was on the insistence of the opposition members referred to select committee.
The opposition members argued that many stringent laws are in place and as such there is no need of such a legislation which has not even been passed by the parliament or any state assembly.
According to the KNS correspondent, as the debate on the bill started, the opposition members virtually silenced the ruling PDP-BJP alliance with strong observations on the apprehensions of the misuse of such a law in quelling the protests and demonstrations in the state.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
