Srinagar October 23 (KNS): Under the dedicated leadership of Firdous Baba, President of J&K Modern Pentathlon Association, a significant milestone has been achieved. Five exceptional players from Jammu and Kashmir are set to make their mark in the 37th National Games, scheduled from October 24 to October 29, 2023, in Goa, competing in the Modern Pentathlon discipline. This groundbreaking achievement is a testament to the unwavering dedication and hard work put in by Firdous Baba, paving the way for the selection of five talented players: Aakil Ahmad Zargar, Suhaib Bashir, Basit Nabi Wani, Nusrat Ahad, and Mir Farah Noorani.

This marks the inaugural occasion where J&K UT players, nurtured by the persistent efforts of Firdous Baba, have earned their spots through the rigorous selection process organized by the National Games.
