Srinagar, Oct 26 (KNS): A woman has been reported dead from Baramulla after the massive earthquake measuring 7.7 on Richter scale jolted Jammu and Kashmir Monday afternoon, sending panic among people.
65-year-old woman, Zona Begum wife of Ghulam Ahmad Najar of Mir Sahib in Old Town form Baramulla has been reported dead due heart attack suffered due to shock.
Reports said that the epicenter of the earthquake was Hindukush Mountains in Afghanistan, and its jolt was felt in India, Pakistan, and Nepal.

Six people were killed in Swat, while four people were killed in the Bajaur tribal region after the collapse of buildings in the area. A child was killed in Kallar Kahar, Dawn News reported.
The tremors were also felt in Delhi, MP and other northern states. Panicked people were seen running for safety.
