Srinagar, Oct 13 (KNS):
Three army personnel were injured after a grenade was hurled towards the office of Army’s 41 RR Town Commander in Kupwara town Wednesday afternoon.
According to KNS correspondent, the grenade exploded near the compound of the commander and its splinters injured three army men, and damaged five public vehicles, including an army vehicle.
Talking to KNS, SP Kupwara Aijaz Ahmad Bhat siad that three army men have been injured and they were shifted to a hospital for treatment.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelThe SP said that no civilian was injured in the attack.
He said that the grenade attackers have not been identified yet.
“Army and police have cordoned off the area for searches to nab the attackers,” he said. (KNS)
