Baramulla, Apr 02 (KNS): With a view to in calculate a sense of punctuality and discipline among students, District Development Commissioner Baramulla Dr. G N.Itoo on ist of April 2019 kick- started the 'punctuality week' at Government Girls Higher Secondary school Baramulla.

The punctuality week will be observed till April 06, during which different types of activities will be carried out at various educational institutions in the district.

The DDC on the occasion said that the students will be involved with various curricular and extra-curricular activities during the weeklong celebration for ensuring their punctuality and making them attentive towards academics and other related activities.
The students on the occasion pledged to abide by the rules and regulations of the school and to ensure their punctuality in classes.

They also pledged that they will not waste time in useless activities and will complete their assignments in time. The students pledged for always obeying their parents and teachers to become good citizens.

Among others Chief Education Officer, CEO Municipal Council Baramulla Dy. CEO, Principal Girls Higher Secondary school Baramulla, and Students were present on the occasion. (KNS)
