Srinagar, Jan 04 (KNS): Accusing Power Development Department (PDD) for ignoring their plights, Inhabitants of Watergam Rafiabad on Wednesday demanded immediate redressal of the genuine grievances.
The residents of Watergam Rafiabad alleged that since Darbar move, PDD has failed to provide them adequate electricity.
They said that PDD is subjecting them to unscheduled power cuts in the cold days.
They said that they are being forced to face tremendous hardships due to the non-availability of electricity in their areas. “The authorities have miserably failed to provide us adequate electricity.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelThere is no schedule in power now. Inhabitants of Watergam Rafiabad later appealed higher authorities to intervene so that common masses will not face any hardships in this harsh winter.
When contacted AEE PDD, he said that right now I can’t assure you on my own but will talk to higher authorities for redressal of grievances at an earliest.
