Two soldiers killed, three injured in Pak shelling along LoC in Gurez

Gurez, Nov 13 (KNS): Two Army men were killed while as Three others sustained injuries near LOC In Gurez Sector of Bandipora District as the indo pak army exchanged heavy gunfire on Friday.

An official told KNS that Pakistan violated the ceasefire, saying that in the incident by Pakistan army in Bagtore Sector, two Army soldiers identified as Naik satai Bhusha and Sepoy Jon Dhale Rushikesh Both of Maharashtra were killed on spot while as Three sustained injuries.

“The trio was provided immediate resuscitation and medical aid and evacuated to Hospital ,” Army said.

The injured three were Identified as Naik Kale Navnath,Sepoy Khade Uddhav and Sepoy Korte Yogesh,all residents of Maharashtra.

Earlier civilians were also injured during the exchange of gunfire on LOC today afternoon as the shells landed in between the residential houses in Bagtore area leaving 2 minor girls among 5 civilians injured."

The office identified injured persons as Abdul Aziz,Ab jabar,Munazah Jamsheed(12),Sayeeda Begum and Rehana Khursheed(14) All residents of Bagtore Gurez.

The injured persons were shifted to the nearby primary Health centre for treatment two of them were referred to SMHS Srinagar for specialised treatment.while the massive Exchange of Shelling was going on when this report was filed(KNS).
