No Student or Teacher Shall Be Compelled to Attend School During Summer Vacation: DSEK

Srinagar, June 26,(KNS): The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has issued a strict warning to all recognised private schools, directing them not to compel students or teachers to attend school during the ongoing summer vacation.

According to Kashmir News Service (KNS), the circular was issued following complaints that some private institutions were calling in students and staff under various pretexts, violating established guidelines. The Directorate stated that such actions undermine the very purpose of summer breaks and are considered a serious breach of norms.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

“All recognised private schools must strictly adhere to the summer break schedule. Any violation of this directive will be treated seriously and dealt with under the law,” the Directorate warned.
