Srinagar, May 11 (KNS): To ensure strict implementation of Corona Curfew in view of Covid19 Pandemic, SP Handwara Sandeep Gupta today visited various places in his jurisdiction.
 
According to a police spokesman, he was accompanied by ASP Handwara Mashkoor Ahmad, SDPO Handwara, SHO Handwara and Tehsildar Handwara. During checking, he ordered the men deployed for Corona curfew not to allow unnecessary movement of vehicles and pedestrians in the area.

He further stressed upon the subordinate officers to discourage the movement of people.

SP Handwara also appealed to the general public not to take the virus easy and follow all precautionary measures to break the chain and to restrain the spread of the virus.

Moreover, SP Handwara extended his warm greetings to everyone on the auspicious day of Eid-ul-Fitr being celebrated throughout the globe after the culmination of the Holy month of Ramadan reads the last para of the statement.(KNS)
