Both the individuals hail from the Chinkipora area of Sopore, they said.
Prima facie, both the nabbed individuals were found to be working as Over Ground Workers (OGWs) and are likely to be involved in the movement of weapons and explosives for terrorists, officials added.
Officials further added that the operation is being seen as a significant success for the security forces in their ongoing efforts to curb terrorist activities and dismantle the support network of OGWs in the Kashmir Valley.
Further investigation into the matter is underway, officials added. (KNS)
