Jammu July 09 (KNS): Former minister and Senior National Conference leader Mr Ajay Kumar Sadhotra today expressed deep grief and shock over the loss of precious lives due to tragic cloud burst near the holy cave shrine of Amarnath in Kashmir Himalayas last evening, saying the entire nation shares the agony of those who lost their dear ones in the natural calamity.
In a message, the former minister called for expediting the rescue operations to trace the missing persons, providing best available Medicare facilities to the injured and relocating all the pilgrims and the service providers to safer places in view of the weather vagaries. The helpline facilities are needed to be enhanced for the concerned families across the country.
Mr Sadhotra conveyed his condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for peace to the departed souls. (KNS)
