Priya Sethi Extends Greetings on Chhath Puja, Urges Bihar Community in J&K to Support NDA in Polls

Jammu, Oct 27 (KNS): BJP Vice-President and former Minister Priya Sethi extended warm greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Chhath Puja, describing it as a festival that embodies India’s cultural richness, devotion, and spirit of purity and perseverance.

She was speaking at a community gathering of Bihar residents living in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, organized to celebrate Chhath Puja with enthusiasm and unity.

Addressing the gathering, Priya Sethi appealed to members of the Bihar community residing in J&K to come out in large numbers and vote in favour of the NDA candidates in the upcoming elections. She said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the NDA government has worked tirelessly for the welfare of every section of society  including migrants, labourers, and economically weaker groups.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

“Chhath Puja symbolizes discipline, devotion, and the deep bond between humans and nature. As we offer prayers to the Sun God for prosperity and well-being, let us also pledge to strengthen democracy by actively participating in the electoral process,” she said.

Former corporator Dinesh Gupta also addressed the event, praising the unity and contribution of the Bihar community towards the progress and development of Jammu and Kashmir. He lauded the BJP leadership for promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities for all.

Prominent attendees included Chakshu Kapoor, Savita Anand, Anita Gandotra, Anuradha Sharma, Sangeeta Gupta, Ranju Sharma, and Meenu.

The event was organised by Yuva Mahakal Yuva Chhath Pooja Committee led by its president Ranjan and his team.(KNS)
