PHDCCI-K chairman thanks govt for taking action against critics of Prophet Mohammad (SAW)

 Srinagar June 11 (KNS):  PHDCCI-Kashmir Chair Mr Baldev Singh Raina thanked the government of India  for taking action against the critics of Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him). Baldev Singh said, “Wherever there is insult to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), we strongly condemn it. The government of india has taken legal action against those who made such statements, thanks to government for taking precise action. 

 
Indeed, we do not tolerate and strongly denounce insults to any religion,any insult or disrespect towards Islam's holy prophet or the other religion  prophets, gods, deities which is absolutely unacceptable.
You cannot provoke, you cannot insult other people's faith, you cannot mock it," Baldev  said. "Freedom of speech is a right and a duty that must be displayed without offending. Everyone has not only the freedom and the right but the obligation to say what he thinks for the common good. we have the right to have this freedom openly without offending," he said.
Mr Baldev further also noted the importance of strengthening the shared responsibility of each one of us in the community to spread the values of tolerance and human coexistence while preventing any practices that would inflame the sentiment of followers of different religions.(KNS)
