Srinagar, Dec 11 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir National Conference vice-president, Omar Abdullah on Saturday said that the existence of PAGD is for a certain cause and every member is doing their job at their level.

Talking to reporters on the sidelines of a party convention, Omar said that PAGD is still in existence and all the members are working on their own levels.

“They recently held a meeting to discuss further strategies. It is not that PAGD has to hold meetings everyday. The existence of PAGD would be visible only by the results and not by holding meetings,” he said. 

He also said that the motive behind the National Conference convention was to meet the party workers and to appreciate their efforts. “In uncertain times, the workers have put their efforts and the internal elections of the party took place.” 

He said that the new teams of National Conference, which have been formed at district and zonal levels were briefed about the roadmap for strenghthening the party. (KNS)
