Bandipora, Nov 04 (KNS) : Former legislator and senior People’s Conference leader Nizamuddin Bhat held consultations with local Sarpanch and party delegates at Laharwalpora village in Bandipora district on development issues and party framework .
Vice chairperson of DDC Kousar Shafeeq was present on the occasion.
The village has hitherto not been benefited from Wular development project as far as meeting basic amenities as stake holder in Wullar are concerned.
Bhat expressed dismay over the absence of adequate drinking water facility, lanes, drains and proper management of road networking in the entire panchayat.
He appealed to the authorities to provide sufficient funds from other sources than panchayat to ameliorate the lot of suffering people if the village.(KNS)
