Jammu, June 30(KNS): President of the People’s Democratic Party and former Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti, visited the residence of the late General Secretary Abdul Rashid Malik to pay her heartfelt condolences.
Malik, a staunch political worker known for his unwavering dedication to his people and party, passed away yesterday evening, due to brief illness. Thousands of people from different walks of life participated in the Nimaz e Jinazah at Chatta, where he was laid to rest.
