Srinagar, Aug 7 (KNS): A large gathering was witnessed yesterday evening at Baba Mazaar, Hawal, as part of the ongoing Majlis-e-Asad programme at Zadibal. The program began with AJKSA President, Molvi Imran Reza Ansari, leading the Maghrib and Isha congregational prayers at Baba Mazaar Mosque.

This was followed by soulful Marsiya Khawani, after which Molvi Imran Ansari delivered a moving Majlis-e-Aza. Speaking on the occasion, he shed light on the historic event of Ghadeer-e-Khum, saying, “Ghadeer was not merely a gathering; it was the divine proclamation of leadership, where the Prophet (PBUH) declared, ‘For whom I am the Master, Ali is also their Master.’”

He further spoke on the Wilayat of Imam Ali (AS), adding, “Wilayat is the spiritual bond between the believer and the divinely appointed leader. Addressing the gathering on the theme of Muslim unity, Molvi Imran Ansari said, “We must respect each other’s beliefs and histories. True unity lies in acknowledging our differences while standing together for truth, justice, and humanity.”

Towards the end, he paid heartfelt tribute to Hazrat Ali Akbar (AS), the beloved son of Imam Hussain (AS). Recalling his martyrdom, he said, “Ali Akbar resembled the Holy Prophet (PBUH) in both appearance and character. His sacrifice on the plains of Karbala was a reflection of unmatched courage and devotion to Imam Hussain’s mission.”

The evening concluded with a Zuljanah Sharief procession from the residence of Late Syed Nazir to Imam Bargah Zadibal, in which a large number of mourners participated with deep reverence.(KNS)
