Kupwara 08 June (KNS): Langate army on Tuesday felicitated an ambulance driver who has been involved in ferrying of COVID affected patients, transportation of RT-PCR Samples and Dead Bodies.

As per the statement issued by army to Kashmir News Service, Manzoor Ah Malik R/o Galaura, Langate is posted with Sub District Hospital, Kupwara as an Ambulance Driver since last 15 years and has been involved in ferrying of COVID affected patients, transportation of RT-PCR Samples and Dead Bodies; since the inception of COVID Pandemic in March 2020. 

 Manjoor is working tirelessly as COVID Warrior with extreme devotion for his active role in fighting the ongoing pandemin. In order to express solidarity and appreciate his hard work as COVID Warrior, the *Army Camp Langate felicitated Manjoor Ah Malik and wished him good luck for his future endeavours, it added.

The Awan expressed their gratitude and thanked Army for such an initiative, it added.(KNS)
