‘Unless real fine print is made available that how it can protect our fiscal autonomy’

Srinagar, Jul 05 (KNS): A meeting of Jammu & Kashmir Co-ordination Committee (JKCC) was held today to discuss the implications of the GST law. The press reports available with the JKCC on the resolution shows it to be vague and un-understandable.
Unless the real fine print is made available that how it is going to protect our fiscal autonomy the matter remains unresolved and burning. It was decided to chalk out future course of action after studying the Resolution passed by the J & K legislature today.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The JKCC also expresses deep concern and anguish on the continued house arrest of its leaders namely Dr. Mubeen Shah, Mihammad Yaseen Khan and Shakeel Qalandar and strongly demand their immediate release.
The JKCC condemns State Governments continued oppressive policies of arresting protesting peaceful traders. Scores of trade leaders were picked up at various locations who were peacefully protesting against the anti- J&K GST law. (KNS)
