J&K Police Cop Saksham Dabgotra Wins Silver at 10th UT Pencak Silat Championship 2025-26

Srinagar, Sep 14 (KNS) : Showcasing courage, discipline, and determination, Jammu & Kashmir Police cop Saksham Dabgotra, representing the Central Sports Team, clinched a Silver Medal at the 10th J&K UT Pencak Silat Championship 2025-26, held at the Indoor Stadium Polo Ground, Srinagar, from 12th to 14th September 2025.

In a Press Release issued, The championship witnessed an overwhelming participation of more than 1200 athletes from across the Union Territory, competing in various age categories and both male and female events. The event reflected the growing popularity of Pencak Silat in J&K, where the traditional Indonesian martial art is steadily gaining recognition as both a competitive and cultural sport.
