Srinagar, Nov 25 (KNS): The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, General Administration Department, has issued the roster of Administrative Secretaries who will remain available at the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar, for the period of December 2025 to January 2026.

According to the order, Saurabh Bhagat, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, will be stationed from 1st to 5th December 2025. Sarmad Hafeez, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary, Social Welfare Department, will remain available from 8th to 12th December, while Santosh Dattatraya Vaidya, IAS, Principal Secretary, Finance Department, will be posted from 15th to 19th December 2025.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Zubair Ahmad, JKAS, Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Floriculture, Parks & Gardens, will serve from 22nd to 26th December.

Other officers included in the roster are Chandraker Bharti, IAS, Principal Secretary, Home Department; Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, IAS, Administrative Secretary, Labour & Employment Department; Niraj Kumar, IAS, Secretary, Public Grievances Department; Avny Lavasa, IAS, Administrative Secretary, Transport Department; Prasanna Ramaswamy G, IAS, Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department; and Ram Niwas Sharma, IAS, Secretary, School Education Department, who will be available from 29th December 2025 to 2nd January 2026.(KNS).
