Srinagar, July 16 (KNS): The J&K Dragon Boat Association called upon Ms. Yasha Mudgal, IAS, on her assumption of charge as the Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Youth Services and Sports Department.
The Association was represented by M.S. Punoo, IPS Retd, President of the Association; Er.
