Srinagar, July 03 (KNS): Peoples Conference general secretary and senior leader Imran Reza Ansari has urged the Ulemas to address the issue of rising cases of suicide the Kashmir Valley.

Ansari said that many issues lead to suicidal tendencies and over the past few days incidents of suicides have been increasing in the valley.

He also urged the people to come together and put an end to this issue and try to make lived mor meaningful.

Meanwhile, in a Tweet, Ansari said: “Allah prohibits suicide. Urging Ulemas to address this issue. Arguments, verbal duels, marital feuds, domestic violence add to the stress and mental depression, forcing one to develop suicidal tendencies.Let us come together to put a stop to it and try to make lives more meaningful.” (KNS)
