Srinagar, Nov 10 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday announced one-time age relaxation for the aspirants who are going to take part in the recruitment of sub-inspectors in Jammu and Kashmir Police. 

Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, office of LG J&K said that the government has taken a decision to provide one-time age relaxation for aspirants in recruitment of SIs in Jammu and Kashmir.

Office of LG also said that the posts have also been enhanced from 800 to 1200, while the upper age limit has been increased from 28 to 30 years.

"Following representation from various delegations, the Govt has taken a decision to provide one-time age relaxation for aspirants in recruitment of Sub-Inspectors in @JmuKmrPolice. The Upper age limit increased from 28 to 30yrs & no. of UT cadre posts also enhanced from 800 to 1200," office of LG J&K Tweeted. (KNS)
