The Freedom Party Secretary General Moulana Muhammad Abdullah Tari while condemning the continuous house detention of party chairman Shabir Ahmad Shah said the state administration has acknowledged defeat before resistance leadership of Jammu Kashmir.
According to a statement issued to KNS, terming the continuous house arrest as dictatorial and unconstitutional act on part of government, Moulana Tari said it has been clear that all claims of so-called administration are deceptive and hollow while as in reality, there is Marshal Law prevailing in the state."The government must confess that it cannot fight the resistance leadership on a political front., "he said in a statement issued to press.
Tari said since 201, authorities prevented Shabir Ahmad Shah from offering 161 Friday and 8 Eid prayers and detained for a period of 2 years and 22 days."During 2015, Shah Sahib was prevented from offering 27 Friday and one Eid prayers."While criticizing the government,Tari said there is not an iota of difference between the present political dispensation and their predecessors.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel"The current ruling PDP came to power by deceiving people and submitted themselves completely to Nagpur."He said our freedom movement will continue despite all odds, at any cost.
Meanwhile, the party spokesperson while strongly condemning the nocturnal raids and arrest spree launched by government across the valley particularly in Old City Srinagar, Shopian,Islamabad,Pulwama,Kulgam,Tral,Sopore,Narbal,Palhallan,Kunzar and Tangmarg.
He said,in Narbal, the minor boys are arrested, their families harassed in which many people suffered injuries."The careers of students are being ruined. Even the Masjids are made target which is nothing but the frustration of government."
The Freedom Party also remembered the Shaheed e Awal Aijaz Dar on his 25th martyrdom anniversary paid rich tributes to him and said the martyr laid his life for the cause of freedom and infused a new spirit in the movement. (KNS)
