Congress will perform better in the upcoming Lok Sabha and other elections in J&K, Monga expressed confidence and further exhorted the Party leaders to finalize the appointment of booth level agents and also scrutinize the electoral rolls of both Panchayat and Assembly elections, so that necessary measures are taken at right earnest.
