AICC  LS Coordinator expressed serious concern over the lack of development, peak unemployment and various other socio and political issues concerning public especially the denial of democratic rights urging that apart from conducting Lok Sabha elections ECI should also conduct Assembly elections to ensure that people of J&K elect their representatives and enjoy the fruits of democracy, but the irony is that assembly elections are being deliberately delayed  after sensing that there is no support to BJPs policies based on deceit and assault on democratic rights of public. Congress will perform better in the upcoming Lok Sabha and other elections in J&K, Monga expressed confidence and further exhorted the Party leaders to finalize the appointment of booth level agents and also scrutinize the electoral rolls of both Panchayat and Assembly elections, so that necessary measures are taken at right earnest.
