Srinagar July 01:(KNS)  Director Handicrafts & Handloom Kashmir, Mahmood Ahmad Shah presided over a farewell to bid adieu to Assistant Director Handicrafts Budgam Gh Mohd Najar who attained superannuation on 30th June 2021 at a function organised at Town Hall Budgam after discharging duties for over more than three decades in the department. Ms. Shahazada, Handicrafts Training Officer who was working as Block Officer Khansahab also attained superannuation.

 While acknowledging the outstanding contribution of the officers , Director Handicrafts & Handloom Kashmir conveyed his best wishes to the retiring officers and prayed for their good health and success post retirement.

Director appreciated the role, efforts and the standards which the officers had set over years in various capacities especially in the accounts related matters and other roles given to them. He endorsed that outgoing officers had ensured highest standard in every job assigned to them over the period of time.

The retiring officers thanked their colleagues for their support and cooperation during their tenures in the department. On the occasion Director Handicrafts & Handloom Kashmir presented memento to retiring officers as a token of appreciation on behalf of the Handicrafts & Handloom department.

Joint Director Handicrafts, Mr Abdul Majid Lone and other officers of the Kashmir Division were also present on the occasion. The representatives of the DIC Budgam also participated in the farewell for retirement function along with other staff members of District Handicrafts Budgam. (KNS)
